It’s true that everyday it seems we’re hearing that this development or that one is claiming to be a game changer in the A.I. industry.
But the more I look into it, the more it seems that Meta’s release of Llama 3, their cutting-edge open-source language model, may very well be a turning point for the AI industry, and maybe even for the entire world.
This move towards democratizing an advanced AI Large Language Model with capabilities equal to and sometimes exceeding that of the current industry leaders such as GPT-4 turbo and Gemini 1.5, could unleash a wave of innovation and transform the way businesses operate in almost every sector of our economy.
